Yaeger Architecture provided architectural and interior design services for the design-build Military Intelligence (MI) Battalion Headquarters with SCIF and Administration Facility. The D-B team's selection resulted from a full and open Design-Build Request for Proposal process. The facility consists of a new 62,500 SF Military Intelligence Battalion Headquarters building with classrooms, NOC, BOC, and SCIF. The project uses an integrated BIM approach to maintain excellence throughout the design and construction phases. The project was LEED "Gold" Certified and features 300kW photovoltaic array canopies covering half of the parking lot. This project was awarded the DBIA Rocky Mountain Region Design-Build Award in 2011.
